LiveWire provides affordable and inclusive leisure, libraries and lifestyle services across Warrington. As a Community Interest Company, we tailor our offer to suit the needs of each neighbourhood in the town to inspire and support residents to be healthy, active and happy.

LiveWire is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the current operational team at one of six LiveWire Leisure sites. The successful candidate will work alongside other LiveWire Advisors, Area Neighbourhood and Wellbeing Managers and Assistants to develop and promote the Health and Wellbeing offer across Warrington. In addition to this, a key aspect of the role will be the day to day management of a site and ensuring that staffing resources across all aspects of the facility are used effectively and efficiently.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate supervisory experience preferably gained in the leisure industry and experience of supervising a swimming pool operation is desirable.

The ability to effectively manage and motivate a team is required in this role as is the ability to plan and prioritise workloads. Individuals must be able to drive and monitor the sale of memberships and other re-saleable items. Excellent communication and the ability to establish and maintain partnerships are essential.

A flexible approach to working hours is essential including shift work at evenings and weekends.
