Culture Warrington is seeking a motivated Press and Publicity Officer to join its marketing team. You will have a keen and proactive approach to securing positive press and PR coverage for our company, which includes Pyramid Arts centre, Parr Hall concert venue and Warrington Museum and Art Gallery. This is a unique opportunity for you to join a team, which is at the heart of culture in the North West. From maintaining and developing new press contacts, creating press releases and setting up photo opportunities, to building partnerships, and copywriting our promotional material, you will be creative, deadline-hungry and keen to explore innovative PR methods to keep Culture Warrington on the map. You will be responsible for leading on public relations for the hundreds of events, cultural engagement activities, education projects and exhibitions that we host at our venues throughout the year, as well as working on high profile campaigns to increase awareness of our events and festivals. Arts and Entertainment experience essential.
